Once the architectural design has been approved by the local municipality, we will start building your home in our factory. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the size of the house you have chosen. At this stage you do not need to supervise the production process as all the work is carried out in the production environment.
The price of our houses includes everything you need for comfortable living. The house comes in a modular construction that includes windows, plasterboard walls with finishes (putty and paint). The floors are made of sheet material and the bathroom floors are finished with durable microcement.
The floors are waterproofed with polycarbamide for reliable protection against moisture.
All utilities are installed in the house, including drainage, plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, sockets, switches and ventilation. Doors and windows are also fitted and the kitchen and air conditioning are optional extras. This home is completely turnkey and requires no additional fixtures and fittings.

At the moment we only build houses according to the standard projects we have developed.
As our house is a permanent structure, the same permits are required in Portugal as for traditional construction.
