HOW
WE WORK
The technology we use to build our homes involves a number of key steps that make the process fast, environmentally friendly and cost effective.
Adapting the Design to Regulations
Each municipality in Portugal has specific building requirements. To ensure compliance, the preliminary design must be adapted by a local architect. You can either manage this process yourself or request our assistance in finding a qualified specialist.
04
Signing the Contract
If you decide to proceed, we will sign a contract outlining the total cost, work schedule, and payment terms. After signing, we will provide a preliminary architectural design.

At this stage, an initial payment of 15% of the total contract amount is required.
This process usually takes around 30 days.
03
Consultation
Once you receive confirmation that construction is allowed, the next step is a consultation with our team. During this meeting, we will discuss key aspects such as the size of the house, number of rooms, design preferences, and budget. Based on this, we will help you choose the best solution.
02
Confirm Your Land’s Status
Before starting, you need to confirm that your land is suitable for residential construction. To do this, you must request documentation from the local municipality. This document will verify whether your plot is in an approved residential zone and meets the necessary legal requirements.
01
Delivery & Assembly
Once manufacturing is complete, the house is transported to your site in prefabricated modules. The assembly process is much faster than traditional construction and typically takes 5 to 7 days.
08
Site Preparation
While your home is being manufactured, the building site must be prepared. This includes laying the foundation and connecting utilities such as water, drainage, and electricity. You can either manage this independently or use our assistance.
07

The approval process can take between 30 and 90 days.
Once approved, a building permit will be issued.

Production time: 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the house size.
A second payment of 35% of the total contract amount is required at this stage.
The final payment is due at this stage.
Manufacturing the House
With the permit secured, we begin manufacturing your home in our factory. Prefabrication ensures high precision and quality while significantly reducing construction time.
06
Municipality Approval
Once the design is adapted, it must be submitted to the Câmara Municipal for approval. Authorities will check whether the project meets local building codes and urban planning regulations.
05
Prefabricated houses follow the same preparation and documentation steps
as traditional construction but significantly reduce costs and build time.
