- Our homes come fully finished, with complete electrical systems, switches, and fully fitted bathrooms. But because we know that not everyone needs every extra feature, we give you the freedom to choose and add the extras you want.
All utilities are installed in the house, including:

- Our houses cannot be distinguished from traditional buildings. This is not temporary housing or a compromise between cost and reliability. They combine strength, comfort and durability to provide you with a high quality of life for many years to come.

LIGHT GAUGE STEEL FRAMING (LGSF)
The basis of our houses is a strong and light frame made of LGSF profile. This material is highly resistant to deformation and corrosion, making it an excellent choice for durable buildings.
LGSF provides excellent load-bearing capacity with low weight, making our homes resistant to wind and seismic loads.
The LGSF frame is profiled and manufactured with high precision, allowing it to be assembled on site in a minimum of time. The advantage of this approach is that our structures are highly accurate and eliminate the errors that can occur in traditional construction.

POLYURETHANE FOAM
We use polyurethane foam to ensure the high thermal insulation performance of our homes. It is one of the most energy efficient materials available. The polyurethane foam is sprayed onto the finished structure, creating a seamless layer that protects against cold and damp.
Polyurethane foam provides excellent airtightness, reducing heat loss and saving money on heating and cooling your home.
Thanks to its closed-cell structure, PU also acts as a waterproofing system, protecting the house from moisture ingress, which is particularly important in Portugal where there is high humidity or frequent rainfall.

For internal finishes, we use moisture resistant Gypsum Fibre Sheets treated with a hydrophobic solution that repels water.
Gypsum Fibre Sheets have significant advantages over plasterboard. They are stronger, more resistant to mechanical shocks, more tolerant of moisture, do not warp and prevent the formation of mould and mildew.
Gypsum Fibre Sheets is highly fire resistant and environmentally friendly, making it ideal for rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. Unlike plasterboard, Gypsum Fibre Sheets remains stable in harsh environments and is more durable.
However, they also provide additional safety through their fire resistance properties, making them a versatile solution for a wide range of room types.

Polycarbamide coatings can withstand extreme temperatures and mechanical stress, making them durable and resistant to cracking. This material far exceeds the durability and protective properties of conventional plaster, making it ideal for buildings in harsh climates.
