Weeks to produce
Your house is ready in a fraction of the usual time – production takes just 4 – 6 weeks, with final on-site installation in as little as 3 –5 days.

How
we work

Before starting construction, we ensure your land is zoned for housing and assist with obtaining the necessary documentation. Once confirmed, we guide you through an initial consultation to define your home’s size and budget.
The architectural design is then adapted to local regulations and submitted for municipal approval, which typically takes 30-90 days.

PLANNING
& APPROVAL

With the building permit approved, we begin manufacturing your home, a process that takes 4-6 weeks. During this time, site preparation, including foundation work and utility connections, is carried out.

MANUFACTURING
& SITE PREPARATION

Once the house is built, it is transported to your site, and assembly takes just 5-7 days—far quicker than traditional construction. At this stage, the final payment is made, and your new home is ready!
